nuCamp Welcomes Jenn Grover as the TAB 360 Ambassador

The TAB 360 was the camper Jenn Grover never knew she needed.

As a longtime TAB 320 owner, she has spent the past decade traveling in two different TABs, including her beloved Mattie Ross, known for its bold Buffalo plaid graphic. Her setup worked. It was familiar, and it felt like home.

But the moment she stepped inside nuCamp’s newest model, something clicked.

The dual twin-bed layout immediately stood out, offering a level of flexibility she hadn’t realized she was missing. As a remote worker who often travels solo with her dog, Rocky, she needed a camper that could keep up with both her adventures and her workday. With the TAB 360, she could have a permanent twin bed while keeping the dinette intact for work—no more converting her sleeping space back and forth each day.

That realization changed everything.

Now, nuCamp is excited to announce that Jenn Grover is officially transitioning from TAB 320 ambassador to the new TAB 360 ambassador.

Last summer, nuCamp invited Jenn to test the TAB 360 prototype during a three-month journey out West. Originally, she expected to return to her 320, but the more time she spent in the 360, the more she knew it was the right fit. This summer, Jenn will make the transition official as she moves into a 2026 TAB 360, bringing her knowledge and passion for camping and nuCamp to this exciting new role.

“Jenn is an excellent representation of the brand,” said Julie McComb, nuCamp’s director of marketing. “Her insight and voice as an owner are invaluable. She is truly an asset as she shares her knowledge and experiences with the nuCamp community.”

Designed for Adventure and Everyday Life

nuCamp first unveiled the TAB 360 to the public at the 2024 uCamp Rally, where it was met with overwhelming enthusiasm. The model was designed with owner feedback in mind, incorporating features like a north-to-south sleeping arrangement, increased storage, a taller interior height, and a larger fridge, all while maintaining the compact, easy-to-tow footprint that TAB owners love.

For Jenn, the layout made all the difference. During her three-month test trip, she discovered how seamlessly the TAB 360 supported her work-travel balance. Each morning, she’d wake up, settle into the dinette-turned-office, and get to work until mid-afternoon before heading out to explore. The camper’s smart design eliminated the minor frustrations she had grown accustomed to in her 320, making her time on the road smoother and more enjoyable.

“I wasn’t seriously thinking about a new camper,” Jenn admitted. “I thought maybe the TAB 400, but it was never the right floorplan for me. … When I saw the 360, I thought, ‘Wow! That’s the camper I never knew I needed.’”

Now, as the official TAB 360 ambassador, Jenn is excited to share her experiences and help others discover whether this new model could be the perfect fit for them, too.

When nuCamp first caught up with Jenn after a month on the road in the TAB 360 prototype, she described the trailer as a “game-changer” for her camping experience. Outfitted with nuCamp’s Black Canyon and Lithium Upgrades, her setup boasted increased solar and battery capacity, turning the camper into what she called a “boondocking beast.” These features made it even easier for her to camp off-grid while still working remotely.

She also highlighted how the extra storage transformed her camping experience. As a remote worker, Jenn needs to pack additional clothes and essential equipment for virtual meetings. With the added space, she can easily bring everything she needs—and even a few extras—without feeling cramped.

“The TAB 360 floorplan has made remote work effortless, and I love how the windows on all four sides allow me to enjoy nature while I sit at my laptop working,” Jenn shared.

A Journey That Started with the TAB 320

Jenn’s story with nuCamp began long before the 360. She first discovered the TAB around 2010 and spent years researching it before finally purchasing a 2015 model.

Several factors drew her to the TAB 320—its unique design, smart use of space, and, as she puts it, the undeniable “cute factor.” After considering other campers that didn’t measure up, she knew the TAB 320 was the right fit.

She also needed something lightweight enough to tow without upgrading to a truck and wanted a fully self-contained camper with a bathroom. The TAB 320 checked every box.

“Like everybody, I thought it was adorable. I don’t think I knew enough to know that quality was important at that point, but I quickly learned,” Jenn shared. “… It was so much more attractive than other campers I was considering.”

For her, the word cozy best describes the TAB 320. While she’s excited about the added space and storage in the TAB 360, her 320 had everything she needed for years of memorable travels.

Jenn sold her first TAB before it was tragically lost in the floods of Hurricane Helene in East Tennessee. Though it was no longer hers at the time, she still felt a pang of nostalgia knowing it had been swept away by the current. She later upgraded to Mattie Ross, her plaid-adorned TAB 320, traveling across 17 states and one Canadian province over the last 4 years. Though she’s looking forward to new adventures in the 360, she knows parting ways with Mattie Ross will be bittersweet.

“It’s the memories,” Jenn reflected. “It’s the experiences I had, and the places I’ve gone, and the people I traveled with.”

A Seamless Transition

Switching from the TAB 320 to the TAB 360 felt natural for Jenn. Even from a towing perspective, she noticed little difference in pulling the 360 with her Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland Edition, which has a 6,200-pound towing capacity.

Jenn’s dog, Rocky, loves to go camping and has adjusted well to the new camper.

Her furry travel companion, Rocky, also adjusted immediately. The moment he sees the camper hitched to the Jeep, he knows an adventure is coming. At just 15 pounds, Rocky has plenty of space to comfortably share the twin bed with Jenn.

The additional living space in the 360 provided another unexpected perk—better storage for Rocky’s food and water bowls. She now keeps them neatly tucked under the dinette cabinet, making them easily accessible for Rocky but out of the way so they don’t get knocked over. It’s a small detail, but one she appreciates after years of accidentally kicking over his water dish.

“The layout creates a spacious interior while maintaining a small exterior footprint,” Jenn said. “From an organizational standpoint, the layout just makes sense. Everything is just where you need it, which made the transition from the TAB 320 so easy.”

Choosing the Right TAB

Even though Jenn has transitioned to the TAB 360, she still wholeheartedly recommends the TAB 320 to those considering a nuCamp teardrop. Ultimately, the right choice comes down to camping style and personal needs.

Her best advice? Experience the campers in person.

“The best thing you can do is get inside one if you can, so you can get a feel,” Jenn said. “While pictures and videos help, nothing compares to actually being in the space.”

For those new to camping, Jenn suggests thinking about their everyday routines and visualizing how they’d translate to life on the road.

“If you’re a new camper, think about your existing life and what’s important to you—and visualize how you would do those things in a camper,” she advised.

Jenn’s journey with nuCamp has come full circle, from a devoted TAB 320 owner to the face of the TAB 360. Now, she’s ready to help others find their perfect fit, just as she did.

Coming up, Jenn will be at the 2025 uCamp Rally with her brand-new TAB 360. This fall, she also hopes to venture west again with friends, exploring South Dakota and Wyoming with her itinerary potentially including Colorado and Idaho.
