We took the stress out of the search and came up with five places to consider, highlighting some of their offerings that will create unforgettable memories. The rest is up to you!
San Franisco, California
San Francisco is one of those iconic cities that is forever identified with its 1.7-mile-long Golden Gate Bridge, whose features include 746-foot tall towers, sweeping main cables, signature International Orange color, and Art Deco styling. Walk the bridge hand-in-hand for a truly romantic experience.
Or, if you prefer to view the city from the San Francisco Bay, book a Red and White Fleet cruise: a one-hour Golden Gate Bay Cruise, a 90-minute Bridge 2 Bridge, or California Twilight Cruise. Last but not least, mark Valentine’s Day by participating in the annual San Francisco Pillow Fight, taking place at Embarcadero Plaza (formerly known as Justin Herman Plaza). This unofficial but fun event begins at 5:50 p.m. on February 14, with participants starting their pillow attack on fellow pillow-holders at 6 sharp.
