uCamp, our annual teardrop trailer rally, brings nuCamp owners together from across the US and Canada. This five-day event is held in Sugarcreek, OH - just minutes from the nuCamp manufacturing facility. Throughout the week, you will enjoy tech talks, catered group meals, camping sessions, and meeting other nuCamp teardrop owners. We hope to see you there!

What amenities are at the campground?
- Water hook-ups
- Shower trailer
- Port-a-johns and hand washing stations
- A septic company will be at the campground twice during the week to pump units.
- A handicap bathroom will be labeled as a dump station for those with cassette toilets.
- Propane refills will also be available for a cost.
Can I schedule service?
We provide limited services during the week of uCamp. Please fill out the uCamp24 Service Request Form and email it to service@nucamprv.com. A Service Center team member will contact you to schedule your appointment and provide a quote. If the service you need is not listed, please contact your dealer or the Service Center to schedule an appointment outside of the week of uCamp.
What meals are provided?
uCamp kicks off with wine and cheese night on Monday. There are two nuCamp sponsored dinners on Wednesday and Thursday nights. A light breakfast and coffee is provided Wednesday through Friday with a hot breakfast on Tuesday morning. We will provide the menu ahead of the event. While we try to accommodate those with dietary needs, we cannot guarantee all menu items are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or dairy-free.
Can I choose my campsite?
The uCamp Team assigns campsites. You will be notified ahead of time of your campsite number. If you have a request, please reach out to us at ucamp@nucamprv.com. While we try to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee your request. Boondock campsites are first come, first served.
Can I arrive early or extend my stay?
Your reservation includes Monday through Friday nights with an informal checkout on Saturday morning. If possible, please let us know ahead of time what dates you would like to add to your stay by emailing ucamp@nucamprv.com. Additional nights are $20 per night. You can pay for additional nights during registration with either cash or check. Do not contact the Village of Sugarcreek to extend your stay.

Is there WIFI at the campground?
No, there is no WIFI at the campground. There are local coffee shops where you can go if you need WIFI connection.
Can I have a fire at the campground?
Yes, you can have a campfire when using a fire ring. There are a limited number available at the campground. Firewood will be available for campers to use free of charge.
Can I order parts during uCamp?
Parts ordering will be in advance with pickup during the event. No on-site ordering will be available. A list of available parts will be emailed to you when it is time to order parts.

What activities are there?
We host a variety of events such as Tech Talk Q&A sessions, a
cornhole tournament, group meals, wine and cheese night, and camper-led
sessions.
Where will events be held?
Most events will be held at either the Winklepleck Activity Building or at the Glenhaven Tents. Both are within walking distance for those staying on-site and from parking areas for those driving in. We will have golf cart shuttles operating between Winklepleck and Glenhaven.
Are there any off-site events?
Yes, there are a few off-site events. uCamp attendees host an annual Cuckoo Clock Swarm in downtown Sugarcreek each year. nuCamp hosts tours at our manufacturing facility and our Service Center. There is also an open house at Timbercrest RV Park. We do not provide transportation to any off-site events.

Can I take a tour during uCamp?
We will have sign-up sheets at registration on Monday, June 10. You can sign up to tour our manufacturing facility or our Service Center. Sign-up sheets will be available at Winklepleck. Limited time slots will be available at Timbercrest.

Can you recommend any off-site campgrounds?
Timbercrest RV Park is the most popular off-site campground. Please call 330-893-2720 for availability. If you would like a list of other campgrounds, contact us at ucamp@nucamprv.com.
I am staying off-site. Where do I park?
There is ample parking at Glenhaven for those who are staying off-site. We will have signs indicating where you can park.
I am staying at Timbercrest. Where do I register?
If you are staying at Timbercrest, you must register at Timbercrest. We will have a scheduled registration time for Timbercrest attendees. If you cannot register during that time, your registration items will be brought back to Winklepleck. We will contact you ahead of time with more information.
I am staying at Timbercrest. Are there any activities at Timbercrest?
We host an Open House at Timbercrest and encourage all uCamp attendees to check out the campers at Timbercrest. We also provide a light breakfast and coffee at Timbercrest for our attendees who are staying there.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, pets are welcome at the event. This year, there is a $10 admission per dog. You can bring your pet to any of the events. However, there may be a designated area for pets, especially during meals. Dogs are not permitted through food lines or in the shower house. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. Please review our pet policy prior to attending and be courteous of other attendees.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel, please do so at least 30 days prior to the event to receive a refund. Cancellations must be made by May 10 to receive a refund.
