It is created by nuCamp, administered by nuCamp and managed by nuCamp. The Ultimate Protection Plan begins the day that the standard 1-year, tip to tail warranty ends (day 366) and covers everything the all-inclusive warranty did, but for an additional 6 years!

The Ultimate Protection Plan can be purchased from the dealer at the time you buy your camper or at any point during the first 365 days of original ownership.
No. There are never any deductibles (or claim fees) to pay with the Ultimate Protection Plan.
All you have to do is contact your dealer within five (5) business days of the issues being identified. You can do so by phone, email, or registered letter.
When you contact your dealer regarding the issue to file a claim, please have the following information available:
1. Your Purchase Receipt
2. VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) contains 17 letters and digits.
3. Brand, model, and floorplan of unit (ex. nuCamp TAB 320 S)
4. Date of purchase
5. Description of problem
6. Photos of damage
7. Maintenance Schedule in your new Camper Manual (or repair history, as requested by
nuCamp).
Yes, the extended warranty is transferable to new owners. This is a great selling point if you sell your unit through a retailer, but transfers are available via private sales as well.
Reach out to your dealer to transfer the Ultimate Protection Plan. Include the following information:
1. VIN
2. Model
3. Date of Purchase
4. Maintenance Record
5. New Owner Contact Information/Address
There is no cost or fees associated with transferring the Ultimate Protection Plan.
The Ultimate Protection Plan is a top shelf, all-inclusive plan. The Ultimate Protection Plan has varying costs by unit. Please contact your dealer for full details on cost.
The Ultimate Protection Plan is 100% managed by nuCamp.
While there is no limit to the number of claims that can be filed under this program, the owner should refer to the total dollar value limits in the Terms & Conditions.

Yes, you can cancel your coverage at any time.
The warranty owner must provide written notice signed by both parties.
If you choose to cancel your Ultimate Protection Plan you will receive a pro-rated refund. Please contact your Selling Dealer to cancel the policy and request a refund.
The UPP is eligible with the purchase of new nuCamp unit that was:
a) manufactured after 1/1/2022
b) purchased within the past 12 months
c) still owned by the original owner
